Unfortunately, Apple only supports Boot Camp on Macs with an Intel processor. I want to find out if it's worth trying to fix this, or, if for some reason, Windows games with EAC are just off limits for Mac users now. Apple’s Boot Camp allowed you to start up your Intel-based Mac in either macOS or Windows, and this dual-boot capability was great for people who needed to use both operating systems. However a recent windows update fixed the issue, the security update is now installed and I still have the same error, even with other games using EAC that I downloaded just to see if they'd start. I came to the conclusion that being unable to install a certain windows security update was likely the cause. I spend a total of 6 hours over several days doing everything in the trouble shooting guide for EAC, on blogs and forums posts and written more than 10 emails back and forth with the Gundam Evolution customer support. One explanation is Apple wants to undercut the performance of windows under Mac so that hopefully people will hate windows more than macOS. ![]() I used to play Gundam Evolution and with the February patch suddenly I got an error "Launch Error – Failed to get the process' path". I can no longer start any games requiring EAC and I am trying to figure out if this a issues specific to my system and could be fixed reinstalling windows for example, or if this is Mac specific. ![]() Anyone using Bootcamp and Windows 10 still able to play games that require Easy Anti Cheat?
